Homeowners Association
We are a great fit for the needs of homeowner associations. To start, we don’t charge monthly fees for assisting you with maintenance like some property management firms. We only bill you for actual services rendered. Our call center is able to take calls directly from your tenants and direct them according to the bylaws of your specific association. We gladly provide reports for work requested by tenants, work approved, and work completed. Decision rules can be implemented which allow us to go ahead and complete specific work, freeing up your leadership to only need to review the larger projects. On those larger projects, we always provide a written proposal for the association to authorize before work begins. Our Project Manager will coordinate each project to ensure the completeness and quality of the work. The end result is that we minimize your maintenance work and maximize your tenants’ satisfaction.
