We at Collins always give our best price first. We do not use sales gimmicks that include price dropping, "today only" pricing, let me advertise with a sign and I will give you a discount, Manager specials and so on.

Incidently the investment with us for a better window was around $11,000.

Call us before you pay too much! http://www.buildthetriad.com/call-us-before-you-pay-too-much/ http://www.buildthetriad.com/call-us-before-you-pay-too-much/#comments Wed, 22 Sep 2010 20:23:45 +0000 pikeshome http://www.buildthetriad.com/?p=1187 I hate it when I hear our customers have paid more than they should for home improvements.  Just today, one of our estimators was talking with a customer about what they paid for windows to company x.  Unfortuntely the customer did not remember the we provide that service, and had agreed to proceed with company x without asking us for a proposal.  They ended up paying 50% more than they could have with us for a better product.   Don't forget we can provide you with all these services without paying too much.

However, the cheapest is not always the best value. I just had lunch with one of our Estimators who visited with a potential first time customer this morning. He told me the homeowner found someone in the yellow pages who gave them the cheapest price on some power washing and deck work. Unfortunately, they did a terrible job (stain sprayed not on deck but on house, landscaping and power washing damage). The homeowner called us out to see if we could fix the work done incorrectly by this "low price" contractor.

Better to call us in the first place. We help our customers by doing the right work (not too much, not too little) the right way, the first time. This is the way to save money with the lowest overall cost, and I might add, the lowest stress!
